At Prospere NYC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.



Returns


We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it
  • Tags must still be attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
